Uptown Funk AI Template: Cast Your Dance Crew
Last updated:
The Uptown Funk AI template gives your crew a street-dance reference without requiring you to edit a video or learn the routine. Choose the people and outfit direction; the reference guides the movement and camera cuts.
What the template provides
The built-in reference is a 15-second, 16:9 street performance with a five-person lineup, storefronts and cuts between group shots and the lead. Its choreography guides the generated video, while the original reference soundtrack is restored to the result. AI output can vary between attempts.
There is no template file to download or custom prompt to enter in this generator. The video model follows the supplied reference and the site’s instructions; exact motion, appearance and timing are not guaranteed.
The shots, part by part
The lineup: a wide street view establishes the lead in the middle and the supporting dancers around them. Give the central slot to the person the clip is about, then place the rest of the crew around them.
The closer views and movement: the reference alternates group arms-up movement, a lower crouch, a lead close-up, a kick-step, a turn and a closer finish. These describe the reference, not a guarantee that every generated shot will match it exactly.
Choose your cast positions
Add one portrait for each of 1–5 people. Photo 1 is the center lead; photos 2 and 3 fill the outer left and right, followed by photos 4 and 5 at the inner left and right, from the viewer’s perspective.
The number you select is the number of identities to replace, not a promise that the remaining dancers disappear. Choose the lead with the close-ups in mind, and use separate photos rather than a group photo.
Pick an outfit direction
Keep my look asks the model to use the clothing in the portraits. Retro suits, Football crew and Wizard crew request coordinated alternatives. These are styling instructions, so inspect the finished clip for unexpected clothing or identity changes.
The street-dance reference remains the basis for the choreography. The site does not offer an editor for rearranging its shots or uploading a custom reference video.
Prepare photos and make the video
Use one clear, well-lit adult portrait per slot, with each person’s permission. JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 10 MB are accepted. Choose a model and resolution, check the displayed credit cost, confirm consent and start the generation.
Review the complete result, especially faces after cuts and hands or feet during movement. Failed tasks return the credits charged. Download the video within its retention period, label it as AI-generated when sharing, and check the rights to the soundtrack before publishing.
